About Us
Are you a boutique or a marketplace? Both! Sweet Southern Gals is a family-owned boutique and a vendor marketplace. Our boutique carries our own curated clothing and accessories, while our marketplace gives local SC entrepreneurs and crafters a shared space to sell their products under our roof.
Where are you located? We have two locations:

What are your store hours?
- York: Tuesday–Thursday 11am–5pm, Friday & Saturday 10am–6pm, Closed Sunday & Monday
- Rock Hill: Tuesday–Friday 11am–5pm, Saturday 9am–3pm, Closed Sunday & Monday
Who started Sweet Southern Gals? We're a mother-daughter team, JoAnne Fowler and Cristi Florence, founded in May 2020 right here in South Carolina.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you carry? Women's sizing from 0–5X, plus children's and men's clothing.

Do you offer plus sizes? Yes — shop our dedicated Plus Size collection for women's styles up to 5X.
Products
Are your products made in the USA? Some of our items are made and/or designed in the USA — look for the "USA Made" collection. Items not labeled USA may have part of their design or production done outside the country; everything ships to you from a USA location.
Do you sell home decor and gifts, not just clothing? Yes — beyond women's, men's, and children's clothing, we also carry home decor, bath and body items, and accessories from local entrepreneurs through our marketplace.
Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, on orders over $100.
What's your online return policy? Returns must be pre-approved before shipping anything back — just contact us first and we'll send instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of stains, odors, or alterations. We have a 7-day return window from your delivery date. Approved returns are issued as store credit only (no cash or card refunds), and store credit never expires. Original shipping is non-refundable, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Thank you for shopping with Sweet Southern Gals! We want every customer to love their purchase. Please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
1. Exchanges Only – No Refunds
a. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
2. Vendor-Specific Exchanges
a. Items must be exchanged with the same vendor they were purchased from.
3. Timeframe
a. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
4. Receipt Required
a. A valid receipt must be presented at the time of exchange.
5. Condition of Items
a. Items must be in the same new condition as purchased.
b. No smells, stains, animal hair, or signs of wear.
6. Exchange Value
a. No cash will be given for any remaining balance after an exchange.
b. A gift certificate may be issued for the remaining balance.
7. Gift Certificate Use
a. Gift certificates are issued by vendor but may be redeemed at any Sweet Southern Gals location.
